Ink duct blades

Segmented ink duct blades from AP Systems are available with zone-widths from 16 up to 32.5 mm and in lengths from 100 up to 1400 mm. For special applications they can be manufactured individually.

Synthetic cheeks

The synthethic lateral blocks are highly recommended for slower machine speeds. All divider blocks are available in different sizes.

Bronze cheeks

The contact-free lateral blocks prevent the ink from dripping out of the ink duct even at high duct roll speed. They can be removed easily and are available in synthethic material or bronze.

Duct rolls

The duct rollers (cylinders) are available in different sizes for all AP ink duct systems as well as other types of ink fountains. We offer standard rolls, inwardly cooled rolls or custom-made rolls.
